Abstract: This review paper explores how digital libraries impact academic performance in higher education institutions in Mathura district, Uttar Pradesh. Analyzing data from 80 respondents across 53 institutions, the study finds that digital libraries positively affect academic outcomes by enhancing resource access, supporting independent learning, and facilitating research. It evaluates usage patterns, academic performance metrics, and user satisfaction, while also addressing integration challenges and best practices. The results indicate a beneficial correlation between digital library use and academic excellence, with specific recommendations for optimizing their use in Mathura's higher education sector.
