Abstract

Blended learning is an approach in education system that provides multi  deliverymode to optimise learning outcome and cost our program delivery in institutions.Little is known on how impactful blended learning in terms of achieving the desired learning outcome. These is because student learning style has influenced their achievement and if mediated In a hybrid learning environment like blended learning will further result in evaluation and performance of blended learning environment.Education is one of the major areas that has experienced phenomenal change due to the rapid expansion of Internet globally during last two decades. Blended learning approaches is a potential outcome of these advanced technology based pedagogy by which overall teaching and learning experience can be enhanced.It combines the face to face and the online methods of teaching and learning together. Blended learning approach supports more flexible, accessible, efficient, varied and interactive learning experience for teachers as well as student as compared to the traditional approach. Learning through blended mode provides opportunities for individual students at distance to work together virtuallywithout the time and place.Constraints to achieve higher in learning. Enhancing the learners competency, confidence is one of the advantages of blended learning by providing them individualized resources and make them responsible for their own learning.it involves quickevaluations system which encourage both learners and teachers to collaborate for their academic performance improvement.
